Scott Williams has more than 30 years of experience as a professional graphic designer and illustrator in a spectrum of design disciplines including corporate identities, branding, collateral design, logos and trademarks, signage and large scale graphics, package design, digital graphics and much more. His design expertise has benefited clients in diverse industries, from high tech to biotech, insurance, education, start ups and many small businesses.
He is also a fine artist working in a mixture of mediums including watercolors, acrylics, oils or a combination thereof. He often works outdoors en plein air taking inspiration from the surrounding natural beauty of New England landscapes and seascapes. Greatly influenced by artists such as Monet, John Singer Sargent, Winslow Homer, N.C. Wyeth and Andrew Wyeth, he approaches his work loosely with an impressionistic feel often combining a touch of expressionism and abstraction.
His fine art background has always had an influenced on his graphic design work and vice versa. “I value what my fine art perspective brings to design and what graphic design brings to my fine art.”
